In the run up to COP26 being held in Glasgow, our #26days26ways video series will showcase the different practical measures that Scottish farmers are taking to reduce their farm carbon footprint and mitigate climate change. Neil Butler from Stewart Tower Dairy is a mixed arable and dairy farmer from Perthshire. Not only is the farm benefitting from reduced reliance on artificial fertilisers because of the use of grass clover swards, but Neil is also able to use the organic manures from the dairy herd to feed the arable crops.
