In the run up to COP26 being held in Glasgow, our #26days26ways video series will showcase the different practical measures that Scottish farmers are taking to reduce their farm carbon footprint and mitigate climate change.  SRUC’s farm director, George Baikie, explains how removing soya from the dairy cow diets has reduced the farm’s carbon emissions but with little effect on milk yield and quality.
