#26days26ways – Balcaskie Estate

In the run up to COP26 being held in Glasgow, our #26days26ways video series will showcase the different practical measures that Scottish farmers are taking to reduce their farm carbon footprint and mitigate climate change.  Sam Parsons manages the Balcaskie Eastate in the East Neuk of Fife. As part of the estate’s organic conversion multi-species herbal leys were introduced and are one of the ways that the estate’s carbon footprint has been reduced.
